Q : How to eliminate the administrator on Time Attendance ?
Ans : Time Attendance and computer communication are available to use, enter into manage label page, click cancel administrator button, then eliminate it, after connection halts, Time Attendance menu mode occurred.
Q : How to enter menu without the administrator?
Ans : have to get rid of the administrator. There are two ways:
A. connect the Time Attendance machine with the Time Attendancesoftware, delete the authority of the administrator.
B: if the Time Attendance machine cant be connected with the Time Attendance software, press"9" "9""9""9" press "↑" press "8""8""8""8" press "↑" again. There will be a string of numbers on right top corner of its LCD, you should tell this numbers to us, we will give you a code. input the code to the product press "↑" press “menu” enter “set” system setup senior management delete the authority of the administrator.
Q : When electrify Time Attendance, start up bar cycles, but it can’t enter into Time Attendance interface.
Ans : please check fingerprint cable whether it be well inserted, or broken. Contact to your supplier if it is not the reason above mentioned.
